Shay's Green Smoothie
Serves 1-2 people
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
100g avocado
1 scoop protein powder
2 tsp greens powder
1 tsp Unearthed Daily Mushroom Mix
300ml of water (as desired)
*Combine in a blender
*Drink and enjoy!

Yoghurt Bark by Danii
Serves 3 people
* Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread a thin layer of coconut yoghurt over the entire tray.
* Add thinly sliced strawberries (approx 5) and a handful of chopped pistachio nuts and gently press into the yoghurt.
* On the stove, melt chocolate of choice (we use Lindt 70% cocoa) in a glass bowl in a water bath.
* Once chocolate is fully melted, mix in Unearthed Daily Mushroom Mix (use 1 tsp per portion).
* Once the mushroom mix is fully combined with the chocolate, drizzle chocolate over the yoghurt.
* Add a drizzle of raw, local honey over the top and place in the freezer for up to 3 hrs or until the bark is rock hard. Cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy!

Danii's Bulletproof Lion's Mane Coffee
Serves 1 person
1 shot (or 2) of freshly brewed coffee
1 tbsp MCT liquid coconut oil
400ml boiling water
100ml cold water
1 tsp Australian Lion’s Mane powder
*Place all ingredients into a small blender and blitz for 30 seconds.
*Add several ice blocks for instant iced coffee!
*Pour into your favourite mug and start your day on top!

Garlic & Mushroom Butter on Porterhouse Steak by Liv
Serves 1 person
1 garlic clove freshly crushed
1 teaspoon of Daily Mushroom Mix
50g of organic butter
1 Porterhouse steak
*Heat 50g of organic butter in frypan over medium heat
*Add garlic and 1 tsp of Daily Mushroom Mix
*Add steak to the frypan and cook as desired!

Adam's Breakfast Bowl
Serves 1 person
* In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of yoghurt of choice (we use plain coconut yoghurt), 1/2 cup of chopped berries (strawberries and blueberries) and 1 tbsp of mixed nuts and seeds (chia, macadamia, sunflower, pepito).
* Add 1 tsp of matcha powder and 1 tsp of Unearthed Daily Mushroom Mix.
* Mix well and enjoy!

Mango & Lion's Mane Iceblock by Danii
Serves 1 person
2 mangos
400g can Coconut cream
4 tsp Australian Lion’s Mane powder (1 tsp per person)
*Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
*Pour mixture into reusable silicone moulds.
*Pop into the freezer for 4-6hrs or until fully frozen.
*Enjoy the malty flavour of Lion’s Mane complementing the flavour of mango!
